Responsibilities

• Lead major product initiatives and define the long-term product roadmap.
• Run discovery workshops with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success).
• Mentor and support junior Product Managers in their development and day‑to‑day work.
• Use data (including SQL and BI tools) to drive product decisions that balance customer needs and business goals.
• Own and improve key product KPIs such as adoption, retention, and revenue impact.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Strong analytical skills, with hands‑on experience using SQL and BI tools.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear, executable product plans.
• Natural leadership style with experience mentoring or supporting junior PMs.
