Job summary

تبحث شركة متعددة المجالات في الرياض عن أخصائي إدارة منتجات للانضمام للفريق. يتطلب الدور القدرة على تحليل الأداء وضمان تلبية معايير الجودة. يجب أن تكون لديك خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في إدارة المنتجات والتواصل الجيد باللغة الإنجليزية والعربية. تقدم الشركة بيئة عمل تعزز التطور المهني.

Qualifications

• خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في إدارة المنتجات أو مجال ذي صلة.
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية ضروري.

Responsibilities

• مساعدة في الإبلاغ عن أداء المنتجات والتأثير والحالة.
• ترجمة متطلبات العمل إلى فريق التطوير.
• تحليل ومراقبة مقاييس الجودة.

Job Description

• Assist in reporting on products performance, impact, and status to ensure that product KPIs are met and a decision on the product’s future journey is made
• Translate the business requirements to the development team.
• Assist in facilitating the transfer of stakeholder management and ensure that market responses and customer responses to products are conveyed and utilized for future products
• Assist in taking responsive measures in case the product fails to meet the KPIs specified in the original business case in order to rectify the situation, minimize deviations and increase product effectiveness
• Lead & make sure the quality & operation team are following the process & procedure of the product requirements.
• Assist in analysing and monitoring product quality control metrics to ensure accuracy as well as adherence to the agreed Takamol standards
• Actively seek to develop and deepen expertise related to product management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the business administration or, same filed.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Product Management or a relevant area.

• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
