Creating the future – Your tasks in our team
  • Strategic Procurement (Direct & Indirect)
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies covering both direct (steel fabrication, components, building materials) and indirect purchases (services, consumables, equipment, etc.).
  • Ensure alignment of procurement plans with project requirements, production schedules, and company objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve optimal cost savings and value creation.
  • Supplier Development and Relationship Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for steel, fabrication, and construction materials.
  • Conduct supplier audits, technical assessments, and compliance checks (quality, capacity, certifications, financial stability).
  • Establish a qualified and diversified supplier base to mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive supplier performance management through KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, cost, sustainability).
  • Procurement Operations & Compliance.
  • Manage the full procurement cycle: RFQs, bid analysis, supplier contract discussions, and purchase order execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical procurement standards.
  • Implement procurement systems, digital tools, and reporting mechanisms for visibility and control.
  • Team Management & Development.
  • Lead, coach and develop the procurement team to achieve operational excellence and professional growth.
  • Define team KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with operations, engineering, finance and Administration.
  • Provide reporting to local management & related functions in HQ.

Qualification/experience requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, formwork, scaffolding, or steel/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of steel products, fabrication processes, and construction materials supply market.
  • Proven experience in supplier sourcing, development, and contract negotiations.
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing procurement teams.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement software, and advanced Excel/analytics.
