- Strategic Procurement (Direct & Indirect)
- Develop and implement procurement strategies covering both direct (steel fabrication, components, building materials) and indirect purchases (services, consumables, equipment, etc.).
- Ensure alignment of procurement plans with project requirements, production schedules, and company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve optimal cost savings and value creation.
- Supplier Development and Relationship Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for steel, fabrication, and construction materials.
- Conduct supplier audits, technical assessments, and compliance checks (quality, capacity, certifications, financial stability).
- Establish a qualified and diversified supplier base to mitigate supply chain risks.
- Build strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable delivery, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive supplier performance management through KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, cost, sustainability).
- Procurement Operations & Compliance.
- Manage the full procurement cycle: RFQs, bid analysis, supplier contract discussions, and purchase order execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical procurement standards.
- Implement procurement systems, digital tools, and reporting mechanisms for visibility and control.
- Team Management & Development.
- Lead, coach and develop the procurement team to achieve operational excellence and professional growth.
- Define team KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with operations, engineering, finance and Administration.
- Provide reporting to local management & related functions in HQ.

Qualification/experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, formwork, scaffolding, or steel/manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of steel products, fabrication processes, and construction materials supply market.
- Proven experience in supplier sourcing, development, and contract negotiations.
- Leadership experience in managing and developing procurement teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement software, and advanced Excel/analytics.
