The project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead pre-contract commercial and tender management for giga-projects and strategic programmes.
• Develop procurement strategies for complex, high-value construction packages.
• Manage full tender lifecycle, ensuring alignment with budgets and governance.
• Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to validate estimates and meet milestones.
• Apply FIDIC contract expertise and pricing models to support contract execution.
• Engage supply chain to negotiate terms, mitigate risks, and secure best value.
• Blend procurement and commercial management with contractor-facing experience.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree in quantity surveying / commercial management (or equivalent).
• Professional membership i.e. MRICS (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
