The project

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub‑contract packages.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Lead pre‑contract commercial and tender management for large‑scale projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Develop and execute procurement and packaging strategies for complex, high‑value work packages.
  • Oversee the full tender process, from market engagement to contract award.
  • Collaborate with finance to validate estimates and ensure budget compliance.
  • Work in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Provide expertise in contract models, pricing, and negotiation, especially FIDIC contracts.
  • Engage the supply chain, negotiating terms to mitigate risk and secure value.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
You’ll need to have:
  • Degree qualification in relevant subject.
  • Professional membership i.e. MCIPS / MRICS (or equivalent).
  • Middle East experience is an advantage.
  • Major project experience is essential.
  • Main Contractor experience £250+.
  • Consultancy experience £1bn+.
