Qualifications

• 7–12 years of procurement experience in the construction or contracting industry.
• KSA experience preferred and experience with mega projects is an advantage.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for materials, equipment, and services.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to secure compliance with project specifications.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual conditions with suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
