What you’ll do
- Lead consultative AI and data analytics presales engagements, guiding customers/tool from problem discovery to solution definition and technical validation.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, data challenges, and AI maturity, and translate them into actionable solution approaches.
- Advise customers on AI use cases, prioritization, and adoption roadmaps, focusing on measurable business value rather than technology alone.
- Deliver targeted demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts aligned with customer priorities and decision criteria.
- Support complex sales cycles through structured responses to RFPs, RFIs, and executive-level discussions.
- Communicate AI and analytics concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, enabling informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to shape deal strategy and ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery.
- Continuously develop expertise in Mozn’s AI and analytics offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, AI/data analytics consulting, or a similar senior customer-facing technical role, preferably in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of AI and advanced analytics concepts, including LLMs, NLP, RAG, and model lifecycle considerations, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Proven experience advising customers on AI strategy, use‑case definition, and solution approaches throughout complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability toCategory, influence, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including executives and technical leadership.
- Solid experience leading RFP/RFI responses and contributing to solution design, technical narratives, and value propositions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-structuring skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and guide customers toward clear decisions.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Delivery teams.
- Arabic Language is a must
