Your day at NTT DATA

The Senior Pre-Sales Lead – Salesforce Practice will be a key member of NTT DATA’s Application Services team in the Middle East, responsible for building, leading, and scaling the Salesforce business in Saudi Arabia mainly. This role combines strategic pre-sales leadership, deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, and Agentforce), and strong relationship management with both clients and Salesforce itself. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise and public-sector clients, helping them unlock measurable business value through integrated Salesforce solutions — while driving alignment between NTT DATA and Salesforce at regional and global levels.

Key responsibilities:
Pre-Sales & Solution Leadership
  • Lead all pre-sales activities for Salesforce opportunities across the Saudi market, from early engagement through solution design and deal closure.
  • Support the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions integrating CRM, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and MuleSoft to deliver unified data, AI-driven insights, and automation, leveraging global skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with global Salesforce Practice teams to create tailored solutions that align with client objectives and NTT DATA’s delivery model.
  • Develop proposals, RFP responses, and solution narratives articulating business value and differentiation.
  • Conduct client workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Salesforce capabilities.
  • Act as a regional thought leader and champion of Salesforce internally and externally.
Client Engagement & Market Development
  • Engage C-level executives and business leaders to identify opportunities for Salesforce-led transformation.
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise and government clients across industries such as financial services, telecom, energy, and public sector.
  • Translate client needs into Salesforce-based strategies that support Vision 2030 digital transformation goals.
  • Leverage existing local relationships and industry insight to position NTT DATA as a preferred Salesforce transformation partner in KSA.
Salesforce Relationship & Partnership Management
  • Act as the primary interface between NTT DATA and Salesforce in Saudi Arabia, managing the local alliance relationship.
  • Coordinate joint account planning, pipeline development, and co-selling initiatives with Salesforce regional teams.
  • Drive alignment between NTT DATA’s Salesforce Practice and Salesforce Partner Alliance Managers to identify and pursue high-impact opportunities.
  • Represent NTT DATA in Salesforce ecosystem forums, events, and executive briefings to strengthen partnership visibility and collaboration.
  • Provide feedback to NTT DATA’s global alliance leadership on Salesforce roadmap alignment, market insights, and joint go-to-market opportunities.
Deal Strategy & Execution
  • Support strategic and complex Salesforce pursuits, working closely with sales, practice, and delivery teams to ensure solution integrity and commercial success.
  • Shape competitive positioning and win strategies for large transformation deals.
  • Participate in bid defense, pricing discussions, and governance reviews to ensure both client value and business profitability.
  • Track deal performance and lessons learned to improve future pursuit effectiveness.
To thrive in this role, you need to have:
  • 10+ years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or architecture within IT services or consulting environments.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience across CRM, integration, data, and AI solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce).
  • Proven expertise in integration technologies — ideally MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.
  • Strong track record in solution selling, bid leadership, and deal shaping for enterprise-scale clients.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Academic qualifications and certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, or Integration Architect.
Required experience:
  • Experience working with or within the Salesforce ecosystem — including partner management or alliance development.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi enterprise and government market, including procurement frameworks and Vision 2030 digital mandates.
  • Familiarity with complementary Salesforce technologies (e.g., Tableau, Slack, Einstein).
  • Strong consultative and commercial mindset with an ability to translate business challenges into Salesforce solutions.
  • Skilled relationship builder — able to engage confidently with both C-suite clients and Salesforce partner executives.
  • Excellent communicator with polished presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate about growing a strategic Salesforce practice in an emerging market.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working within a global, matrixed organization.
