We are looking for a Senior Ops Analyst to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational performance across our stores. This involves using data analysis, process improvement, and close monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Ops Control Tower for TAT, manpower, and capacity planning.
• Monitor performance, cost tracking & output metrics.
• Lead new process implementations & tech change coordination.
• Deep-dive analysis into TAT failures, DE-bugging & manifestation issues.
• Manage CIR, LMS and all Ops apps.
• Track SMNM, assortment changes & store availability.
• Escalate & drive closures on operational issues.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of Ops Analysis or QC roles.
• Strong Excel, SQL (preferred) and analytical skills.
• Experience in Q-commerce or e-commerce operations.
