A leading financial institution in Al Khobar seeks a candidate to support daily operations and administration tasks. Responsibilities include preparing various reports for the CCIB, coordinating meetings, and assisting regional heads. A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related discipline is required, preferably with some relevant experience in customer support.
To support the business in the daily operations as well as the administration work related to department.
The candidate will be work in all day-to-day administration work such as and not limited to that: TOD report, daily reports, weekly report, monthly and quarterly reports for the CCIB.
Coordinate between three regions for the meetings, arrange seniors visit, record the mints of meetings.
Deal with the client day -to-day operations. Follow on the KYCs, account opening and review the documents. Directly help the regional heads in the office work.
