Job Overview
The candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive design, implementation, and operational support of the company's infrastructure. This includes executing complex network planning such as detailed design development, analysis, and full lifecycle project execution. The role involves regular engagement with platform users, peer technologists, and senior stakeholders to ensure efficient and secure infrastructure operations.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in large-scale enterprise data center networking, covering technologies such as Routing, Switching, Wireless Access, SD-WAN, Firewall Controls, Load Balancing, Security Infrastructure, and Remote Access Solutions. Proficiency with platforms and tools from Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, F5, Microsoft, and VMware is essential, along with deep knowledge of Network Segmentation, DHCP, DNS, IPAM, and related protocols.
- DESIGN LARGE SCALE ENTERPRISE WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN including switches, firewalls, and other network related hardware.
- Design and Implement Data Center technologies like VXLAN, Cisco products.
- Design and continuously improve network monitoring and observability capabilities.
- Design and management of core services such as DHCP, DNS, IP address Management and Load balancing.
- Defines the architecture and hardware requirements for project proposals.
- Design, execute, support day to day service requests.
- Lead large scale network refresh projects as well as divisional expansion projects.
- Design and Manage Network Capacity and Performance.
- Evaluates and identifies opportunities for network performance and functionality improvement within the enterprise network.
- Participate in the development efforts to bring automation into the network environment.
- Responsible for compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and best practices.
- Serve as the platform technical subject matter expert and provide consulting support to the business and end-user organizations.
- Produce and maintain timely, accurate engineering documentation.
- Cybersecurity organization in conducting security and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and adherence to best practices.
- Integrates technical expertise with communication, leadership, and business skills in a team environment.

Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Telecommunication, or other related field – or combination of experience / education.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure and Data Center operations within large-scale environments.
- 8+ years of advanced networking expertise, supporting multinational enterprises with 5000+ users—covering complex network design, architecture, and deployment.
- Proven capability in architecting enterprise-grade routing and switching solutions, including MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, WLAN, and implementation of Cisco ISE or equivalent identity/authentication platforms.
- Deep knowledge of network topologies, load balancing, Quality of Service (QoS) frameworks, and Cisco infrastructure products.
- Expertise in deploying and maintaining large-scale VoIP systems, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), integrated messaging, and IP telephony performance optimization.
- Proficient in storage networking protocols such as Fiber Channel, iSCSI, NFS/CIFS, including experience in multipathing configurations.
- Strong background in network security practices, including firewall policies, access control mechanisms, intrusion prevention systems, vulnerability management, segmentation strategies, and compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with security platforms and tools such as Cisco ASA, Fortinet, and integration of security into network architecture.
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, delivering results under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
- Skilled in producing comprehensive and structured technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and Network Implementation Plans (NIPs).
