Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day wireless network duties, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Conduct complex troubleshooting for wireless protocols and services.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot WAN routing protocols (BGP, ISIS, OSPF, etc.).
• Design, configure, and implement switching (L2, L3, VLANs, etc.).
• Plan, lead, and manage Network & Communication projects.

• Perform day-to-day wireless network duties, including maintenance and troubleshooting
• Conduct complex troubleshooting for wireless protocols and services
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot WAN routing protocols (BGP, ISIS, OSPF, etc.)
• Implement and manage policy-based routing, routing control, and troubleshooting
• Design, configure, and implement switching (L2, L3, VLANs, LLDP, LBD, STP, QoS, etc.)
• Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot wireless technologies
• Plan, lead, and manage Network & Communication projects, including documentation and implementation plans
• Handle critical operational tasks, troubleshooting high-priority incidents
• Evaluate and run proof of concepts for new network technologies and solutions
• Write and update Network & Communication infrastructure standards and documentation
• Present infrastructure designs and strategies supporting organizational vision
• Plan, implement, and oversee upgrades to Network & Communication infrastructure
• Maintain and enforce Network & Communication SLAs, ensuring required infrastructure is in place
• Create and maintain network and communication plans in assigned areas
• Develop and apply standardized network methods, tools, and frameworks aligned with enterprise architecture
• Ensure system designs balance functional, service quality, and systems management requirements
