Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in MEP infrastructure and facilities design, planning, and management.
• Proven experience in large-scale land development or urban infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMS scope related to MEP infrastructure design and planning.
• Monitor 3rd party consultant designs to meet design intent.
• Review MEP design outputs and ensure compliance with local standards.
• Coordinate with civil and structural engineering teams.
