The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in mechanical systems for large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities include preparing mechanical shop drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and strong leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • More than 10 years of experience in construction projects (preferably site-based).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Solid design understanding and ability to review and interpret mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and approve mechanical shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
  • Coordinate with consultants and site engineers to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed BOQs.
  • Support procurement with technical evaluations and material approvals.
  • Ensure all works comply with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance, supervision, and support to project and site teams.
