Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for mechanical scope of works.
• Prepare accurate BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with tendering, procurement, and site teams to validate quantities and costs.
