Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of targeted on-ground, print, online, and offline marketing campaigns across KSA that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement on-ground activations, events, promotional activities, and print executions that create meaningful consumer interactions. The Marketing Executive will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality marketing executions aligned with the company’s brand standards, commercial objectives, and execution timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute innovative on-ground marketing campaigns, including brand activations, sponsorships, print-led executions, and direct marketing initiatives across KSA.
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated print, online, and offline campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless and timely campaign execution.
Event & Activation Management
  • Plan, organize, and oversee promotional events, trade shows, roadshows, kiosks, and product sampling activities.
  • Ensure all on-ground activations and print executions align with approved brand messaging, guidelines, and business objectives.
  • Maintain branding consistency across all kiosks, events, and promotional setups.
  • Identify, manage, and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, printers, and event partners to ensure effective execution and quality delivery.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track and analyze on-ground campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare execution and performance reports covering key metrics such as footfall, engagement levels, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic is required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in BTL marketing, brand activations, on-ground campaigns, or event management.
  • Strong understanding of consumer engagement strategies and brand activation principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, particularly in live event environments.
  • Valid KSA driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for on-ground activations and events as required.
