The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector with a strong focus on operational excellence, strategic planning and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process including production, quality control and supply chain management.
• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and financial goals.

Qualifications
