General Summary: The Senior Manager of Stakeholder, Community is a critical leadership role within the Transport Division, responsible for establishing and managing robust engagement frameworks across multi-modal transport systems that operate both within and beyond the Qiddiya boundary. The role is dual‑faceted—focused on building enduring stakeholder relationships with government, community, and industry actors, while also driving the technical and operational interface requirements between Qiddiya Transport and external infrastructure and service providers. This position requires a strategic yet hands‑on leader with a technical or engineering background, exceptional stakeholder engagement capability, and significant experience navigating complex regulatory and operational landscapes in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable designing stakeholder engagement templates and insights as they are negotiating formal interface agreements with senior public and private sector counterparts. This position requires the establishment of clear communication, continuous feedback systems, and performance measurement to drive engagement effectiveness, compliance, and positive community sentiment.
