Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Manager - Roads Design (MAS7-20002074) to lead the development and design of the transportation infrastructure within our transformative entertainment and cultural destination. This role will focus on creating efficient, sustainable, and innovative roadway designs that enable seamless connectivity throughout Qiddiya, catering to a diverse range of users.

Your expertise will be vital in overseeing all aspects of roadway design, from initial planning through to construction, ensuring that designs meet both regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of road infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with all local standards and guidelines.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical input for roadway design solutions that prioritize safety, functionality, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with various departments, including development, engineering, and planning, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Review engineering drawings and designs, providing guidance and recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring design milestones are met without sacrificing quality.
