Job description

Qiddiya is Saudi Arabia’s future capital of entertainment, sports, and culture — a 360 km² mega‑project just outside Riyadh. From F1‑grade racetracks and theme parks to stadiums and performance venues, we’re creating a destination like no other. This is more than a project, it’s a national transformation. As construction accelerates, we’re hiring ambitious talent to help shape it. If you’re driven by scale, impact, and the chance to build something iconic from the ground up, Qiddiya is calling for you.

General Summary: The Senior Manager – Reporting & Communications is responsible for defining and leading the reporting, insight, and communications framework for Qiddiya’s Transport Business Unit (TBU). This role ensures that performance, risks, stakeholder activities, and strategic decisions are communicated with precision, clarity, and impact across internal leadership channels and to external stakeholders. This role requires a strategic communicator with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, persuasive outputs. Acting as the central point of coordination for all TBU communications, the Senior Manager transforms complex project data and stakeholder inputs into concise, executive‑ready narratives that enable decision‑making and alignment. The role works closely with Corporate Communications, PMO, and Strategy teams to uphold Qiddiya’s standards of transparency, consistency, and brand excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement an integrated reporting framework that captures TBU performance, risks, and stakeholder engagement outcomes, aligned with Qiddiya’s corporate standards.
  • Lead the preparation of executive submissions, steering committee packs, and progress briefings that present clear, evidence‑based insights.
  • Oversee the structured tracking of stakeholder and community engagement activities to ensure auditability, transparency, and consistent reporting.
  • Coordinate the tracking and reporting of community engagement, stakeholder interactions, and public responses to major programs or milestones.
  • Serve as the final quality gate for all reports, dashboards, and communication materials issued by the TBU.
  • Maintain centralized records, KPIs, and engagement logs for auditability and cross‑functional access.
  • Partner with Strategy, Legal, Planning, and Communications teams to ensure all outputs are aligned and compliant with Qiddiya’s tone, values, and governance protocols.
  • Guide and develop team members (including the Design function) to strengthen reporting discipline, visual communication, and presentation excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Administration, Journalism, Urban Policy, or related field; Master’s degree in strategic communications, Public Policy, or Business preferred.
  • Professional Certifications: Project management or stakeholder engagement certifications are a plus; Communications or public affairs certifications (e.g., CIPR, IABC) desirable.
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 4–5 years in communications or reporting leadership role.
  • Experience in complex infrastructure, public sector, or regulated environments strongly preferred.
