Must-Have:

• 8+ years of experience in QA and software testing preferably in the banking or financial services domain
• Deep understanding of SMAX, Micro Focus ALM/QC, Jira & TestRail (Defect Management, Test Execution & Reporting)
• Proficiency of Testing Lifecycle Management (IAT, UAT, Functional, Performance & Regression Testing)
• Experienced in managing QA in DevOps/Agile/Hybrid environments.
• Proven experience with enterprise banking systems and digital banking platforms.
• Fluency in Arabic & English languages

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
• ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent QA certifications
• Agile or Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe)
