We are currently searching for a Senior Manager, Procurement - Residential to lead the procurement efforts for our residential development projects. The Senior Manager, Procurement - Residential will play a crucial role in sourcing and managing vendors, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services necessary for our residential initiatives. This position will focus on building relationships with suppliers, enhancing procurement strategies, and optimizing overall project efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies specifically for residential construction projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage the procurement lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best value for the organization.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new suppliers and maintain an updated supplier database.
- Work closely with project management teams to assess procurement needs and coordinate resources effectively.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 12-15 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years managing procurement in the residential sector.
- Experience working for a Residential Developer or a High-End Consultancy preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and experience in negotiating contracts.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a procurement team.
