Qiddiya is Saudi Arabia’s future capital of entertainment, sports, and culture — a 360 km² mega-project just outside Riyadh. From F1-grade racetracks and theme parks to stadiums and performance venues, we’re creating a destination like no other. This is more than a project, it’s a national transformation. As construction accelerates, we’re hiring ambitious talent to help shape it. If you’re driven by scale, impact, and the chance to build something iconic from the ground up, Qiddiya is calling for you.
The Senior Manager – Primary Urban Axis Stakeholder Engagement is responsible for leading coordination and alignment with stakeholders involved in the planning and delivery of Qiddiya’s central mobility corridor — the Primary Urban Axis, a metro-grade rail system. This includes interfacing road and transit infrastructure, utilities, adjacent developments, and public realm components that interact with this strategic spine.
This role ensures seamless integration between internal development, delivery teams and external partners, aligning the PUA design and delivery with regulatory requirements, access strategies, and community impact objectives. The role requires strong multi-agency coordination, technical understanding of integrated urban infrastructure, proven experience with metro/subway transport systems, and the ability to navigate evolving stakeholder landscapes.
8–10 years of experience in stakeholder management, transport planning, or infrastructure delivery.
Experience interfacing with government agencies, ministries, or major infrastructure developers.
