Job Purpose
The Senior Manager, Investor Relations plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships between the company and its investors, analysts, the Capital Market Authority (CMA), and other financial stakeholders. This role is responsible for strategically positioning the company in the market, communicating financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
The position ensures effective communication between the company and its investors, fostering a transparent and positive relationship with the investment community to provide accurate and timely information about the company’s performance, strategy, and financial health.
Key Accountabilities
1. Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement the overall investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s financial and strategic objectives.
- Partner with executive management to shape investor messaging and articulate the company’s value proposition.
2. Communication & Outreach
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company to the investment community.
- Lead and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports for investors and analysts.
- Support executive management in developing and communicating the company’s long‑term vision and financial goals.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, CMA, and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as the key point of contact for investor inquiries and feedback.
4. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Oversee the preparation and dissemination of financial and operational reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct market and peer analysis to provide insights into trends, performance, and investor sentiment.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Shareholder Services
- Ensure all investor relations practices comply with CMA regulations and local legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance departments to ensure timely and accurate filings and disclosures.
- Manage shareholder communications and maintain accurate shareholder records.
6. Crisis Management
- Develop and execute communication strategies during market-sensitive situations.
- Manage investor communication during crises to protect and maintain the company’s reputation.
7. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and macroeconomic trends to inform business decisions.
- Provide periodic reports and recommendations to executive leadership based on investor and market analysis.
8. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications to ensure message consistency and strategic alignment.
- Provide mentorship and direction to the investor relations team.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of securities regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or capital markets.
