Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations on the various Health & Safety Advisory related projects in MiddleEast, identify opportunities to improve and help to expand our services across TheKingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Driveaproactive,best-in-classHealth&Safetycultureandperformancebydevelopingstrategies to address key risks, ensure regulatory and customer compliance, and enhancepersonal safetyand environmental performance.
• Leadandoverseethedevelopment,review,implementation,andoverallgovernanceofHealth&SafetyManagementSystems,includingpolicies,procedures,training,audits,and reportingrequirements.
• WorkcloselywiththeClientandSeniorLeadershipteamtodrivetheimplementationofindustry-leadingHealth&SafetymanagementSystemtools,programsandinitiatives,and establish action plans to achieve objectives and targets.
• Engage with our clients, contractors and Stakeholders to ensure our projects are delivered using best global practices.
• Promote a positive and best in class health, safety and wellbeing culture.
• Responsible for overseeing and supporting in the improvement of Health & Safety Management systems for our Client and guiding the teams on various jobs.
• Support in the development of fee proposals and the delivery of strategies for Clients, including a clear focus on the aims and objective of our clients.
• Project Manager for projects within your discipline nationally. Thisincludesselectingasuitably qualified team for the project, supporting with proposal development, review (forquality and technical) and issue and also project direction throughout the lifecycle of theproject including monthly financial reviews with the Project Director.
• Commercial – Tracking and reviewing the commercial performance for your discipline toensure that KPI’s aremet.
• People Management - You will have line management responsibilities as well as mentoring and supporting team members to help progress their careers.
• Business development - You will be responsible for supporting the other sector leads and pushing forward business development within your discipline. Your role will include liaison with new and potential clients; both internal and external to WSP.
