Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Manager - Development (Sports) to lead the strategic development of sports-related projects within our innovative entertainment portfolio. In this key role, you will drive the planning and execution of sports facilities and initiatives that align with our vision of creating a world‑class destination for entertainment and leisure in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of major sports projects, including stadiums, sports complexes, and recreational facilities, from conceptualization through to execution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sports federations, government bodies, and consultants, to ensure successful project implementation.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and market analysis to identify opportunities for new sports initiatives and projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project development and community engagement.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices throughout the development process.
• Provide regular updates and reports to executive management on project status and performance metrics.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the sports development team.

Qualifications
