Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Transform our clients into Data Driven Enterprises and help them manage and govern data, unlock business value from data assets and define new business models.
• Co‑create with clients to shape and sell project work; architect how to use data management capabilities to drive client transformation for industry or functional use cases.
• Shape the machine learning, statistical methods, and data analytics space to address clients’ business challenges using tools like Python, R, and SQL.
• Utilize statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques, leveraging tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Tableau to model complex problems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance.
• You will have to work in calibration with subordinate teams and senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
• Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposal development, and play a key role in the growth and expansion of the practice.
• You will need to have an innovative and transformation mindset to identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, decrease costs and increase client value in your area of specialization.
• You should have latitude in decision‑making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• The decisions you may make can have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility.
• Mentor junior and coach managers and junior members of the team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, capability development, recruiting, and whitepapers.
• Lead authentically and with a people‑first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 13 years of consulting experience.
• Experience in two or more of the following areas: Automation & Analytics; Big Data Analytics; Data Analytics and Interpretation; Data Engineering; Metrics and Predictive Analytics.
• Experience in leading teams to deliver data analytics and machine learning solutions, Automation & Analytics, Big Data Analytics, Data Analytics and Interpretation, and Data Engineering.
• Should be proficient in Metrics and Predictive Analytics and possess problem‑solving and analytic skills.
• Very strong server‑side experience, especially in an open source, data‑intensive distributed environments.
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures and performance optimization techniques.
• Arabic speaker fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or graduate‑level degree in related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non‑technical audience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments.
• Management of team efforts at a client or within Accenture.
• Ability to pull‑through business opportunities.
