In this key position, you will be pivotal in driving the commercial strategy specific to residential developments, ensuring alignment with our mission to create a world‑class entertainment and lifestyle destination.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies tailored to the residential sector that align with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages within the residential real estate market.
  • Oversee financial planning and budget management for residential projects, including cost forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with design and construction teams to integrate commercial considerations at all project stages.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
