Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager - Residential Projects to lead our residential developments in the exciting Qiddiya project. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of residential projects, ensuring that they align with our ambitious goals while delivering exceptional value to our stakeholders. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing commercial strategies, optimizing financial performance, and managing contractual obligations. You will work closely with multiple teams to facilitate efficient project execution, analyze market conditions, and identify growth opportunities in the residential sector.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the commercial planning and execution of residential development projects.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor commercial strategies to drive profitability and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project development.
  • Prepare and oversee project budgets, financial forecasting, and cash flows.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks related to commercial activities and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor junior commercial staff, cultivating a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in commercial management, focusing on residential projects.
  • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated contract negotiation skills and experience managing complex agreements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with effective communication capabilities.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
