Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial management of the project throughout the development and delivery stages
- Lead the cost planning process in coordination with the development team throughout the development stages
- Manage project level cost control and assist DFA in budget management
- Prepare commercial reporting to the PCG and DMO reporting team for BU level reporting
- Adhere to the procurement procedures and policies of Qiddiya Investment Company and procure consultants / contractors for various disciplines required under the project
- Coordinate with development / delivery to manage the procurement process, including:
- Prepare and obtain approval for Bid Review Program
- Prepare and issue the Request for Proposals document
- Coordinate and prepare responses to tender queries
- Manage issuance and acceptance of post‑tender clarifications
- Manage evaluation of bids
- Assist in preparing contract agreement
- Manage executed contracts through contract payments via certification to payment
- Prepare change orders with all substantiations for the various contracts for employer’s approval
- Maintain change order and claims registers for various contracts under the portfolios
- Prepare and manage final contract close‑out documents for consultants and contractors
- Attend weekly/monthly progress meetings with contractors and consultants and provide insight on contracts and commercial issues that may impact progress
