Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a proactive and experienced Senior Manager – Commercial to enhance our commercial strategies and oversee project profitability. In this critical role, you will manage commercial functions for various projects, ensuring compliance and seamless collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial management of projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring appropriate cost controls are in place throughout project lifecycles.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive commercial reports, providing insights on performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies, overseeing the tendering process from preparation to execution.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers, ensuring terms are favorable and mitigate any potential risks.
  • Manage relationships with consultants and contractors to ensure high levels of performance and delivery.
  • Support the development of a capable commercial team, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance team skills and effectiveness.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on commercial matters.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually refine commercial strategies and operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10‑15 years of experience in commercial management, with a focus on large‑scale projects in the entertainment, construction or real estate sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex contracts and procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with substantial proficiency in interpreting financial reports and data.
