This position is integral to shaping the future of Qiddiya by ensuring that all assets align with our strategic objectives and deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage asset management strategies for various projects to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of asset performance, market conditions, and industry trends to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams, including Finance, Operations, and Development, to ensure that asset management practices align with overall business goals.
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including operators, investors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate effective asset management.
• Monitor and report asset performance against established KPIs, making recommendations for operational improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership highlighting asset performance, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior staff within the Asset Management team, promoting a culture of continuous development and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in Asset Management or a relevant role within the real estate, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
