Overview

Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Senior Manager - Asset Management, where you will play a key role in optimizing the performance of our diverse asset portfolio. This position is integral to shaping the future of Qiddiya by ensuring that all assets align with our strategic objectives and deliver maximum value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage asset management strategies for various projects to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of asset performance, market conditions, and industry trends to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including Finance, Operations, and Development, to ensure that asset management practices align with overall business goals.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including operators, investors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate effective asset management.
  • Monitor and report asset performance against established KPIs, making recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership highlighting asset performance, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff within the Asset Management team, promoting a culture of continuous development and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in Asset Management or a relevant role within the real estate, hospitality, or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, asset valuation, and market research methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in asset management software, financial modeling, and Microsoft Office Suite.
