A global healthcare company is seeking a Senior Legal Officer MENA to provide strategic legal advice for its operations in the MENA region. This role involves collaboration with various teams, contract management, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws. The ideal candidate will have a law degree, at least 5 years of experience, and fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
This is a senior legal role within the global commercial legal team. As the Senior Legal Officer MENA, you will report to the Head of Legal CEE & MEA and will be providing high quality, strategic and practical legal advice, guidance and support for Getinge's business in the MENA region.
The role involves closely collaborating with the MENA sales and service organization (SSU) and Business Area (BA) entities, as well as working closely with the global business/product areas, global sales and service, corporate and group functions. You will also partner closely with the overall global Ethics & Compliance and sustainability team.
The key responsibilities will include providing practical legal counsel to the two regional SSUs and BA teams, coordinating and ensuring high quality legal support across the MENA region, collaborating closely with the Head of Legal CEE & MEA and the global legal team, partnering with the Ethics & Compliance and sustainability teams to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, contributing legal expertise and insights to MENA business.
The role will report to the Head of Legal CEE & MEA.
