In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading large-scale IT projects while ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to closure
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, resource requirements, and timelines
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business strategies and client requirements
• Identify risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to track progress against milestones
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross‑functional teams to ensure project success
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members while promoting professional development

Requirements

• Saudi Nationality is essential
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management within the IT industry
• Experience in digital transformation projects, system development, and IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)
• Proven track record of managing complex and high‑value IT projects
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are strongly preferred; additional certifications are considered a plus (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, Agile / Scrum Master)
• Proven ability to coordinate with technical and consulting teams and manage vendor performance
• Good understanding of risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting
• Experience in preparing project documentation (Scope of Work, Project Plans, Progress Reports, Change Requests)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with ability to adapt to changing environments
• Proficient in Project Management tools such as MS Project and Jira
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse team settings and manage stakeholder relationships
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must (spoken and written)
