Overview

Senior IT Operations Manager

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

25k - 35K SAR per month (TAX FREE)

We are helping a fast-growing digital platform in the entertainment and event space hire a Senior IT Operations Manager. The company delivers tech-driven experiences for large-scale global events and is expanding rapidly across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and support of IT systems: networks, servers, storage, telecom
• Lead and mentor a team: sysadmins, network engineers, support staff
• Ensure visibility of IT operations and challenges to stakeholders
• Manage ITSM processes: incident, problem, change, and service requests
• Oversee patch management and compliance
• Manage IT asset and batch management processes
• Support onboarding/offboarding and IT procurement workflows
• Operate across both on-prem and cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to cloud migration (Oracle Cloud to Google Cloud)

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT operations with leadership experience
• Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)
• Strong knowledge of ITSM practices (ITIL a plus)
• Hands-on with patching, asset/batch management, and procurement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Cloud migration experience (Oracle to Google Cloud preferred)
