Nosann Information Technology is looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our team in Mecca (On-site). The role requires strong experience in Healthcare IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise IT operations, supporting both clinical and administrative environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration of Open Source PACS systems (Orthanc, SANTE)
• Support and management of Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
• Administration and support of ERP systems
• Manage Microsoft Domain Infrastructure (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
• SQL database administration (backup, restore, troubleshooting)
• Manage FortiGate firewall / UTM and network security
• Administration of IP Telephony systems (Grandstream)
• Antivirus and Hikvision CCTV system management
• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 End-User IT Support

Requirements

• Proven experience in Healthcare IT environments
• Hands‑on experience with PACS systems
• Strong knowledge of HIS, ERP, and Microsoft environments
