CCDS is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior IT & Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Engineer to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will become a trusted technical advisor and partner to our sales team, working directly with clients to understand their IT and cybersecurity challenges. You will leverage your expertise to craft tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical knowledge with sales acumen in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional cybersecurity and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and analyses of clients’ IT environments to pinpoint vulnerabilities and recommend cybersecurity enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our IT and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals and respond to RFPs while articulating the benefits of our offerings.
  • Manage technical queries from clients, providing expert guidance on relevant IT and cybersecurity strategies.
  • Work closely with product development and engineering teams to convey market requirements and client feedback.
  • Stay abreast of current trends, technologies, and regulations affecting the IT and cybersecurity landscape.
  • Identify technical requirements, integration needs, and architecture designs for enterprise clients.
  • Support the business development team with technical insights and solution recommendations.
  • Engage with vendors and technology partners to align solutions with market needs.
  • Collaborate with post-sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth project transition and delivery.
  • Contribute to building internal technical knowledge base and mentor junior engineers when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Arabic native speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role with a focus on IT and cybersecurity.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and security practices.
  • Proven track record in building relationships with clients and addressing their technical needs effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative mindset.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other IT security-related certifications are advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client demands and support sales efforts.
  • Strong technical knowledge in multiple cybersecurity domains, including:
  • Network Security (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS / IPS)
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM, PAM)
  • Endpoint Protection and EDR / XDR
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Cloud Security and Zero Trust Architecture
  • SIEM, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence platforms
  • Experience working with leading cybersecurity vendors (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISM, or vendor-specific certifications are highly desirable.
