A prominent event management company in Riyadh is seeking an Investor & Startup Program Executive to enhance the founder experience at major events. You will manage the complete founder journey from onboarding to post-event, ensure effective ticketing processes, and engage with ecosystem partners. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. Investor & Startup Program Executive – Founder Experience plays a key role in curating and managing the journey of founders at LEAP.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every founder’s experience, from ticket registration to on-site participation, is seamless, engaging, and impactful. This includes managing the founder ticket process, designing engagement touchpoints, and supporting value-driven experiences that connect startups with investors, partners, and opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, partnerships, and community engagement, ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, values relationships, and enjoys turning strategy into execution.
