Job description

1. Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and carry out initial assessment.

2. Conducting sector and technology mapping and advise the senior member of the team to develop areas of focus.

3. Analyzing financial statements and business models to evaluate investment opportunities

4. Support the senior members of the team in conducting in-depth financial andmercial due diligence

5. Contribute to valuation, deal negotiation and structuring exercise of potential investments

6. Contribute to the preparation of investment memorandum and presentations for the investmentmittee

7. Contribute to the closing of investment deals and review of definitive agreements

8. Development of investment thesis on each transaction, social media blogs, and press releases

9. Actively monitoring existing investments and developing reports on portfolio health and performance

10. Work with other functions towards a unified organizational goal.

11. Support the senior members of the team in administrative tasks in ad hoc basis

12. Building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other venture capital firms

13. Contributing to the overall strategy and development of the firm

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering or relevant field
• 4-6 years of experience in startups, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellentmunication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and emerging technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Familiarity with industry databases and research tools
