Qualifications

• 12+ years of electrical sales experience, preferably in Riyadh/KSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a distribution strategy aligned with regional growth objectives.
• Analyze market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives for market leadership.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Strengthen Eaton's distribution network.
• Support team in mapping clients and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with partners on business planning and marketing.
• Drive sales performance to meet country targets.
• Lead forecasting and pipeline management.
• Optimize inventory management with partners.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives.
• Promote sales process improvement.
• Represent Eaton in industry forums and events.
• Implement the strategy for developing distribution sales in Saudi Arabia.

Skills

Experience with LV power and control products

Experience with Electrical distribution business, especially IEC

Strong leadership skills

Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Good knowledge in digital tools and platforms for distribution management

Fluency in English

Ability to use Arabic professionally

Education

BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering
