Joining our team as a Construction Management Professional in Saudi, you will collaborate with our clients to ensure the quality of compliance with plans and documents. You’ll raise the bar to deliver excellence by analyzing and interpreting project plans and specifications to ensure project constructability then challenge the accepted if design errors are presented as well as determine the impact. When you interpret unclear contract language, report on contractor’s daily tasks, monitor project budgets as well as supervise inspection personnel you are helping to make impacts on the future - big and small, global and local.

Job Description

To design Instrumentation and Control system for variety of facilities including compressor station, process piping, sewerage, drainage, irrigation and firefighting system. Must have experience in water / wastewater or BMS, Rail, Oil and Gas and IoT network, OT security.

  • Design of SCADA/PMS, F&G and PAGA system, Access control and telecom block diagrams, layouts, infrastructure cable routes.
  • Valiating vendor‑based studies.
  • Coordination with multiple disciplines and providing guidance for requirements of ELV system.
  • Participation in interface meetings, client meetings, etc. responsible for updating progress schedule.
  • Review preparation of MRs and specifications.
  • Supervise evaluation of tender documents and material submittals.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree related to I&C Engineering.
  • Minimum 14+ years of experience in professional I&C engineering, particularly in water / wastewater or BMS, Rail, Oil and Gas and IoT network, OT security, for some of the following: design, calculation, reporting, site supervision / inspection; experience with engineering firms serving as a Senior / Lead engineer.
  • Has verifiable record of engineering experience, as well as interpersonal and team cooperation skills.
  • Should have advance knowledge of Instrumentation, PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA, Communication Networks, including deliverables such as P&IDs, Instrument Selection and Application, Control System Configuration and Specifications, and related low voltage communications systems.
  • Should have very good verbal and written communication skills in English, essential for client, interdisciplinary and vendor coordination, and coordination with other work‑share offices.
  • Good knowledge of industry practices and standards in use in the Middle East/India regions, as applicable to I&C engineering.
  • Hands‑on experience with industry design software, such as SmartPlant INTOOLS, Openplant, etc. would be valued.
  • Develop oneself and enhance the technical expertise of company staff through appropriate training and development.
  • Periodic travel to offices within MENAI region may be required.
