Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years or above of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Create dashboards to track and monitor HR processes, ensuring real-time updates and accurate follow-up on all procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee records on Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, and other government platforms.
- Oversee Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, and exit/re-entry processes for non-Saudi employees.
- Ensure full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law, including disciplinary actions, contract terms, and dispute resolution.
- Liaise with government authorities and represent the company in all labor-related matters.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for Saudi and non-Saudi employees.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
- Advise management on labor law updates and alignment with company HR policies.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure manpower planning aligns with legal and operational requirements.
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions through the HR system.
- Familiarity with payroll preparation and disbursement procedures, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare periodic reports on headcount, turnover, attendance, and operational performance indicators.
- Support the implementation and improvement of HR systems and digital transformation initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
