Job summary

A leading company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist in Jeddah. This role requires over 5 years of HR operations experience, strong labor law knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.   • Manage and update employee records on Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, and other government platforms.
  • Oversee Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, and exit/re-entry processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Liaise with government authorities on labor-related matters.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and update employee records on Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, and other government platforms.
  • Oversee Iqama issuance, renewal, transfer, and exit/re-entry processes for non-Saudi employees.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law, including disciplinary actions, contract terms, and dispute resolution.
  • Liaise with government authorities and represent the company in all labor-related matters.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for Saudi and non-Saudi employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
  • Advise management on labor law updates and alignment with company HR policies.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure manpower planning aligns with legal and operational requirements.
  • Monitor and manage attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions through the HR system.
  • Familiarity with payroll preparation and disbursement procedures, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare periodic reports on headcount, turnover, attendance, and operational performance indicators.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of HR systems and digital transformation initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
