Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in HSE management, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use developments.
• Registered with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) in health and safety.
• Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental strategies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific HSE management plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks.
• Collaborate with construction and supervision teams to mitigate HSE risks.
