• Minimum of 20 years' career experience with 10 years in the GCC.
• Experience with large-scale Roads, Bridges & Highways projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective operation of KEO’s Safety Management System.
• Provide HSE advice to KEO staff and contractors.
• Monitor and report on HSE standards achieved by contractors.
• Carry out periodic inspections for compliance.
