A leading fintech company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Senior HR Manager to scale their people operations. This strategic role focuses on ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law, managing a diverse team, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of HR experience, including senior leadership experience in high-growth environments. Exceptional communication skills in Arabic and English are essential for this role, along with expertise in HR technologies.
Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior HR Manager to lead and scale their people operations. As the company continues its rapid expansion across the Middle East and Asia you will be the architectural lead for all things HR—from talent acquisition and localized compliance to organizational culture. We need a strategic leader who deeply understands the Saudi labor landscape and can manage a diverse, high‑performing team of 50+ professionals in the region, ensuring the HR function is a driver of business success.
End-to-End People Operations: Lead the full employee lifecycle for the Middle East team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Saudi Compliance & Labor Law: Serve as the subject matter expert on KSA Labor Law, GOSI, Muqeem, and Qiwa, ensuring 100% compliance and managing Saudization (Nitaqat) targets.
Strategic Leadership: Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support a fast‑scaling fintech environment.
Culture & Engagement: Foster a high‑performance culture that aligns with the company's mission, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and retention.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and localized compensation benchmarking to remain competitive in the Saudi market.
Organizational Development: Implement structured performance review cycles, career pathing, and professional development initiatives for the regional team.
Proven Experience: 8–10+ years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or managerial capacity within KSA. Experience in a high‑growth SaaS or Fintech environment is highly desirable.
KSA Expertise: Deep, hands‑on knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, MHRSD). You must understand the nuances of the local landscape.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and manage cross‑border collaboration with global teams (e.g., coordinating with the India‑based operations).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential for this role.
HR Tech Savvy: Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and digital workflow tools.
People First: A strong empathetic leader who can balance the commercial needs of the business with the well‑being and development of the employees.
