We are looking for a Senior HR Investigator to lead complex ER and HR workplace investigations and address escalations concerning processes and policies across Amazon’s Australia Operations network. In this newly created role, you will be the primary investigator for Australian operations, focusing on solving highly sensitive and ambiguous employee relations issues that might have significant business, legal, and reputational implications.
With Australia’s growing operations footprint—including fulfillment centers, sortation centers, delivery stations, and corporate offices—this role will be crucial in supporting our Australian workforce.
The Senior HR Investigator will own cases independently and will work extensively with global peers, field PXT partners, and other relevant support teams to ensure the execution of intentional and thorough investigations primarily in Australia, with occasional support to other countries.
