Job summary

A well-established food manufacturing company is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Director to manage company-wide HR services and lead strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess over a decade of leadership experience in HR, familiarity with ERP systems like SAP Success Factors, and preferably have a background in the food industry. This role focuses on developing departmental goals, overseeing HR operations, and enhancing employee relations, compensation, and training programs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the HR field is required.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP Success Factors is preferred.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the HR department's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee execution of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead implementation of performance management systems.
  • Set and lead standard recruiting practices to attract top talent.
  • Formulate HR policies for employee relations and investigate complaints.
