This role focuses on developing departmental goals, overseeing HR operations, and enhancing employee relations, compensation, and training programs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the HR field is required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP Success Factors is preferred.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the HR department's goals and objectives.
• Oversee execution of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
