The Senior Recruitment Coordinator, based in Dubai or Riyadh, plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, timely, and inclusive recruitment services across the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, aligned to the Middle East and Asia. This role supports the strategic evolution of the WBG Global Talent Acquisition Team by embedding operational excellence, candidate experience, and data-driven decision-making into day-to-day activities. The position will report to a Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead, based in Washington, DC, with a delivery line to our Middle East & Asia Recruitment Officers based in Riyadh and New Delhi.
