Job summary

A recruitment agency in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned fraud investigator to lead investigations and assess fraud risks across the Group. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and professional qualifications in Internal Auditing. Proficient in Arabic and English, with at least 5 years of experience, you will ensure compliance with anti-money laundering legislation and contribute to fraud training programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-graduate experience in Technical, Engineering and/or Operational audits.
• Professional qualifications in Internal Auditing (CIA, CISA, etc.).
• Strong report writing and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct fraud investigations.
• Prepare the audit interim report and follow up on recommendations.
• Assess fraud risk and provide strategies to reduce risks.

Skills

Job description

Overview

To lead fraud response, prevention and detection, oversee and run multiple investigations at one time. Also, evaluate fraud awareness and prepare a program for the Group’s operations to improve the prevention efficiency level in the Group Kingdom-wide.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct fraud investigations, including interviewing persons, handling and managing evidence, analyzing financial and business documents, and providing factual and detailed findings capable of being admitted into evidence in court.
• Undertake other factual investigations as required.
• Prepare the audit interim report and follow up on the communication of the final report and subsequent actions taken towards the recommendations made.
• Undertake fraud risk assessments, identifying risks and control deficiencies within the Group, and provide strategies to reduce risks and rectify deficiencies identified.
• Assess fraud control frameworks and draft fraud control plans and related policies.
• Analyze results of data analysis and provide insights and recommendations.
• Assess the Group’s compliance with anti-money laundering and financing legislation.
• Perform Anti-Bribery & Corruption risk assessment and business partner reviews.
• Provide fraud training and facilitation of workshops.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Chief Auditor.
